gurren no tou: the aegis of lagann

This video has been making its rounds of the interwebs for a few hours now. Just thought I’d post to remind everyone that Druaga is a flaming pile of shit, much like everything else Gonzo has put out since the beginning of time (save Gankutsuou and Last Exile—but those two were flukes… someone on the QC team must’ve forgotten to add the secret fail ingredient). And, of course, that Gainax really needs to crank out an actual medieval-ish fantasy series.
Still, with the unfortunate news that the two Gurren Lagann films will consist mostly of recycled animation, at least we have more of these badass music videos to look forward to. I’m keeping my eyes out for the “Omae no XXX de Ten wo Tsuke” video. Even though the tiny preview image makes it look like some kind of western. Because, you know, a Gainax western is fine too.
Also, I’d go furry for Viral’s waifu.

Funny how a 3-minute video by Gaynax is better than the whole of Code Geass’ second season combined so far.

Also, I’m mostly waiting for the “BafBaf! Sonna ni Moeru no ga…Suki Kai?” one. And, if they even do it (it’s not listed :<), “Love Conservative”.

It may be better than Code Pizza Hut, but it doesn’t have any emo facial distortion, sooo… yeah.
